Sorry, our samples are not free. You need to pay the sample fee and shipping fee. After you have tested the goods you want to order, we can refund the sample fee to you.

2,How long is your delivery time?

Generally it will take 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

3,What's your terms of payment?

30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

4,Can you produceing according to the sample?

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

5,Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are manufacturing, we have our own factory for 10 years.

6,What is you terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
